    Reading the brief here is what I've come up.

    The .doc file has lots of content so I selected something which I believe seems important, so if you like the overall design I can experiment with content section placements.

    Any feedback is appreciated.

    The background is to dark looking. We would prefer you to use the content from the first page in the .doc file.
