    Looking through the new entries I see some designs that look very similar to yours but they added their own touch and it looks really good.
    Could you try and enhance #2 some how. You can try and put a web 2.0 feel towards it.

    Okay here is an internal page. Just to give you a general idea of the tables what I did was show you the top half of pg3 (from provided document) and copied over the left table to the right side since it shows the same principle.

    The menu was position to the bottom of the content area to make space for the content.

    Behind the Solstice logo is a rounded rectangle which is overall white in color with a very light grey fade.... I'm working on internal page now. Once I upload that I will make revisions to splash page
