Dear Design-president, thank you for the guidance you gave me in running the competition. As you have perhaps noticed, my team has come to a "somewhat" of a conclusion. There were around 10 people judging this and each one had his/her own strong personality traits.
My question to you is do you know how does are the winners assigned if they are more than one? What if there is a tie?
Thanks a lot,
sincerely,
TAP. -

yes i could see this one evolving nicely..this is the kind of idea that would be served well by showing it with a variety of shapes coming out of the hand until its gotten just right.
color as well is definitely open to debate. im not a huge fan of these colors, but was trying to see an extreme case of color as a starting point

Looks fantastic this time around. You've pulled off the hand design exceedingly well. However, the orange looks like a fountain sprouting of the hand. It would be better if the curve were smaller and represented a something of an airplane. like the #31's orange (it resembles an the front of an airfoil). My team mates don't like lower cased text.
I'm not sure 2 colors are good or not. I'm not a graphics designer, but can only evaluate complete designs. It was just an idea (the palm thing) you've succeeded in bringing it to life.

this is not a bad idea at all..
it is not an easy task to design hands in such a way that they are elegant and price enough to put on a plane..but i think i have pulled it off..
I think with this idea you have to limit the design to 2 colors so that it still looks nice clean and simple overall

#110, looks good. However, there are some issues:
1. The tail is in the front (should be the nose or the leading edge of the wing).
2. The virtual plane seems to be diving to the ground.I'm excited by your submissions. I also went through your profile and quite liked what you've done with the eco-car. We are quite similar (highly efficient) but we're also more colorful... Let us focus on elegance...
Looking forward to your next ones.

this one hit me out of the blue..pardon the pun
the idea is that since this is a very simple and personal travel experience you might consider branding it with only the word in a very minimal font.
by marking the "n" with a style that projects sleek and efficient flight, you have an even simpler logo solution. The n can be removed to exist on its own where needed

Hi DP,
Thank you for the submission, great job. This is a very interesting concept. To me it appears that the hands indicate, care, peace, and the fingers turned outwards into wings indicate freedom. I'll ask my team mates (in a couple of hours from now) to share their take as well. I would make use of colors as well to identify with the emotions.
Just based on the design elements, you've got a few right. The elements are really: 1. Elegance, 2. sleekness, 3. beauty, 4. precision, 5. user friendliness (intuitive), 6. comfort, 7. appeal for all (men and women of diverse age groups), and 8. efficiency.
All are equally important. To give you an idea, our planes are at least 30-40% more fuel efficient (read greener) than the competition.
Thanks for your efforts.

I came up with idea of using hands to make a bird..
ive handled it in a very smooth and streamlined style so as to make the overall shapes quite precise.
I think this idea gives your brand the human element that will help get across the intuitive design and the user friendly nature of the planes.
