I think it looks fine but the color and shape and font look very similar to Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream's logo.
Really? I can change the colors. And what do you mean by the shape? Please reply as soon as you can...so I can revise my concept.

#35 looks very clean and I understand what you mean by "detail". It looks very stand out... the thing is how is this going to be fitted to my iceberg theme. I am really hoping that the logo can somehow be associated with my kiosk.

I like that it's icy but the color is too transparent. The problem is when I print the logo on my "white cups", it will not show detail. It's not so clear. I would like people to recognize and be able to read the word clearly from a good distances. Perhaps you could change the shade of color or background and keeping the icy feel.

Maybe it's because of the border color of each word.. if you can make the border color a bit darker... it should do...

Changed it up a bit...added a straw in place of the "L". Also some kind of puddle to go with it...
