I hope I'm not too late submitting this design.
As you can see I didn't stick precisely to the wireframe, but I believe this way is more organized. I designed this template thinking as a coder also. So, it's designed based on the 960 grid system (www.960.gs).
If you like the overall design approach I have already forward planned how the rest pages will be payed down. Also I'm wiling to experiment more with color variations and other design details.
Any feedback is appreciated,
