Submitted design #2
My interpretation for the front page.
Comments, feedbacks and revisions are welcome.
Hey
1. Try to remove the mirroring of the logo as it does not fit with the rest of the page
2. Move logo to the left of the page
3. Description of the categories should be in the form of bullet points (some kind of iconic bullet points would be nice)
4. Uni icon should be more descriptive than just the letter "U".
5. Maybe thick blue lines around the category-boxes, so that they look and feel like buttons you can press.
6. change input fields to rectangular form
7. Try to make the bottom 3 category boxes smaller (as they are less important and need less focus) and smaller heading fonts.
Overall We love the simple yet descriptive nature of the page. It is very clear in what it has to offer.

Some tweaking. Centered menu.
This is great!
Here are some more pointers:
1. Sorry, but please put the logo back to the right (we like that a lot more)
2. Also put the refelction back on the logo
3. The lines need to be twice as thick on the boxes
4. more space between the top 3 boxes and the bottom 3
5. could you put reflection on the top 3 boxes, we hope that will make it feel a bit more stylish and alive.
Other than that we are feeling very condifent about your design and you are definetely one of the top contenders! Keep up the good work!
BTW.
Can you do flash or javascript.
We might be interested in doing some mouse-over effects for example.
Do you have any examples of past work that we can admire?
Thanks in advance!

This is the revised version.
Some added changes from me:
- Menu moved back, left-aligned
- Menu item becomes red if hovered (mouse-over)

This is the Employers' box in hovered (mouse-over) view.
I'm not a Flash and Javascript expert. But I recommend to do these mouse-over effects using CSS. It's more browser friendly.
I'll try to make a dummy version, but maybe not so soon.
In fact, if you need it, I can give them all fully coded, HTML and CSS (along with the PSD version). No additional charge.
Oh, and another thing.
Should I go to the other pages?

Listing layout.
This looks promising.
COuld you perhaps make a homepage where the icons in the categories are a little bit more design (perhaps one version with 3d and one 2d) and also one version where the background is a bit more fading from top to bottom.
Looks good! Keep up the good work!
The design is very nice, but it lacks a final storke that would give it more "life".
Maybe you could alter the background in some way or do something else that would make it a little more challenging.
Also, please try to make one version of the front page with the borders of the boxes in a darker blue color.
Try also making some kind of border or frame around the whole design on the sides, so that it is more clear where the design ends on a bigger screen.
BTW,
did you make the icons yourself?
Could you also change the bottom 3 boxes to be just one box, and make dashed lines between the sections in it, or some other separator that draws little attention.
Sorry I've just back to respond this.
I'll make some changes based on your suggestions.
Yes, I made the icons myself.
