Right on the money with the font/color now. I like the second of each background. The up arrow still isn't working for us, and the current incarnation steps on the F. I really think this is close, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
Some ideas:
* Just get rid of it
* Keep #44 but move the up arrow back behind the F.
* Go back to #40, but move the up arrow and graph bars a bit to the left.
* Move the graph bars to the right, until the up arrow actually becomes part of the F. -

#40 - Really, really like this. Current favorite. Some requests:
* We like the black text better from #19. Either all black, or keep the Fin as light green.
* The arrows don't quite flow right, but I can't put my finger on why. Something about the up-arrow not signifying anything. If it went up and sideways, it would look like a line graph. Or maybe if it went straight into the F, and popped out the top, or didn't pop out at all. We definitely like the right-arrow becoming part of the F.
* The tag line is hard to read. Making it black may fix this, or slightly stronger edging. -

Looked at some of your other designs. I really liked the font you used on pulse digital and activated marketing. The lower-case looks better too. I'm still not loving the current double-F's, although the pd for pulse digital is great.
