I did several concepts, all based on the connection, working together idea. Also I went for either "Connect | Build | Achieve", or "Connect | Build | Innovate" for the slogan. I explored a futuristic, a more classy and a friendly look for the icon. Hope you'll like them. :)

#143 and #144 don't have different icons for org and d.o.o., its just that they would be similar and I didn't wanted to post that many entries. :) #142 is a group of ppl working together for the future (a bright future symbolized by the star). #141 are 2 very stylized hands again to illustrate to concept of "working together".

Last one, the 3 elements represent "connect", "build" and "achieve", they are connected, they look like they are built like that and the achievement is on top. I can make it less colorful, but I wanted the 3 parts to be distinct. But of coures, I can tone down the colors. :)
