#1 I like the approach, but it's a little too simple and is missing a "speed" feel to it. Also, the 'd' is kind of difficult to read.

#2 Feels a little to 'liquid' and 'flowing' (is that meant to be water underneath?) I do like that it's more stylized; the gradient is nice.

#4 I like the direction you're heading. I'd like to see more of a 'speed' feel to it. Also, feel free to experiment outside the black/white/blue arena (although I do find the combo nice).

#5 Definitely heading the right direction. Not sure about green (hard to read on the white background), but that's an easy change. Could use a little more 'speed' and an element of video [since that's what we do :-) ].

#6 I'd say that's a contender! I need to come back to it later with "fresh eyes." I'm not sure on the tv, but I'm not against it either. I'll just need to come back to it.
Thanks!

#7 Interesting. I'm tilting my head, as I like it, but I'm not sure about it. Odd.
Thought: is there a way to alter the 'play' triangles to be an A G (for Ad Grinder)? Right now the first of the two triangles would 'sell' as the A (at the angle it's at), so I'm trying to think if the second could somehow be transformed into a G (with a notch of some type?).
If that didn't make sense, I'll try to rephrase it.

#8 The tv feels like a picket sign. I'm not sure what it's supposed to represent. The resulting ads that we create can be distributed online (as well as on tv and cell phone). <-- don't know if that helps...

#9 Too much wind behind the 'Ad' which makes it difficult to read. You could possibly lower it so that the wind only affects the lower part of the letters, which I think would make it feel more like a fast car (with the 'd' as a wheel).
I don't think I like the direction the creative is going here, but I'm open to seeing how it progresses.

#10 Wrong way. :-(
I was more thinking about maintaining the physical location of the triangles in #7, but possibly placing a 'notch' in the second triangle to create a G. I'll see if I can somehow post a pic for reference.

#11 Getting better. I like the 'sharp' aspect of it, and it could be even more exaggerated. It would be better if you could: (1) add some color, (2) add an element of video/film to it.

#14 Wrong way. Please see the image here: http://twitpic.com/mcd
#15 The TV is too 'spot on'. I'd prefer something a little more abstract. Also, feel free to saturate the colors some more.
#17 Interesting play on the words. What about video/film analogies coming out of the grinder? Could use a little more speed.
#18 A little too 'whispy' and light feeling. I'm leaning toward speed and aggression.
#19 Better, but could use some more polish and speed.
#20 Very nice. It's cold and feels like it's promoting a movie. Definitely heading the right direction. I wish I could give some constructive feedback, but I can't put my finger on what's missing. Might need to be 'easier' and not so 'hard.'
#21 I like it quite a bit. It could use some more speed and aggression. The gears need to be a little more sharp, as right now they lean toward 'flowery.'
#ALL Thank you so much for your participation!

#23 Any way you can take the 'AG' from #23 and place them as the arrows on #7? In other words 'notch' the gray triangle in #7 to form a G.

#24 The arrow doesn't seem to gel with the rest of the design. I feel #22 was more in the right direction, and could simply use more 'speed' and abstraction of the tv.
#25 The first of the three was essentially what I was thinking. Thanks. I think there are tweaks I could make, but there are other designs that I'm more partial to. We'll see how that plays out when I peek again after some food. :-)

#27 The design could be more abstract (the file as the i is out of place overall) and needs a feeling of 'speed' as opposed to 'sharp' (although I understand where you're heading)
#28 Of the three, the second is good. Could use some more 'speed', but overall good.
#29 I'm just not liking the arrow concept. I think more work on abstracting the tv to more of a screen/monitor would go a long way. I like the 'Ad' grinding on a screen. If there's a way to integrate the grinder and screen more, I'd like to see it.
#30 I understand the approach to 'speed' here, I'm just not partial to it. Feels like it's heading more toward flames and 'hot' than 'speed'.
#31 Interesting. Simple, yet effective. Probably need to soften the lines going through and add a lean to the letters. Feels like it needs more polish.

#32 I like the second of the three. Just not sold on the concept, as it feels 'common' (as in I feel like I've seen similar designs). Maybe it's too 'easy'?
#33 The film piece feels like it's being forced into the design, instead of organically belonging. Also something about it feels like a political bumper sticker...maybe the combination of colors and font?

#34 I like the direction. I feel that it needs more 'speed' and 'edge'. Also, the tagline should be 'Create. Place. Verify.' (note: you have 'Play' instead of 'Place').
#35 Interesting take on a gear; I think that's supposed to be a gear, yes? It does evoke a 'flow' and 'liquid' feel, which I think is inline with the concept. I'd like to see something with a little more 'speed' and 'edge' overall, instead of just with the A (which could use a little more, too).

#36 That definitely made me smile. That's 'easy' and 'fun', and has a small element of 'speed'. I'd really like to see a little more 'speed' and a little more reference to video/film (the arrow does evoke that 'play button' feel, thanks...just like to see a slight bit more...).

#37 The logo is too difficult to read; the blur in the background is too much. I lean more toward your entry #20, which is more simple.
#38 The filmstrips made the logo too busy and 'difficult'. I really like the grinder you've submitted, as it has a certain 'sexiness' about it. The 'a' is too difficult to make out (i.e. is it an 'o' or an 'a'). I really like the color scheme.
#39 The blur or sheer that you added made the logo difficult to make out. I think if you use your original submission, and 'lean' the text you can get some feel of 'speed' out of it. I'd also like to see it more 'edgy' or 'sharp'.
#40 The 'a' is difficult to read. Other than that, I feel it's a contender! Thanks!

#42 I really like what you've done here. I think the font could be a little 'easier' and overall the logo could be less 'cold'. I'd like it to be more inviting, especially to non-tech people.

#43 I feel the design is a decent starting point but needs more 'speed' and 'depth', as well as some polish.
#44 I like the color scheme here. It's easy to read and works. I'm stuck on giving any feedback, as I can't really pinpoint anything missing. I'd like an element of video/film/media, but I'm not sure it would 'add' anything worthwhile. A potential contender (on my first cup of coffee)
#45 I like the scheme of #44 better.
#46 The 'A' seems out of place, feeling 'sharp' while the rest feels 'soft'
#47 Interesting. I feel it's missing a sense of media.
#50 I like the design overall. I feel it needs more 'speed' and I don't like the idea of a 'pause' button...we don't want people to 'stop' or 'pause'. :-)
#51 I feel the design could use some more 'speed' and 'aggression' (think grinding). Also, the 'pause' button can be dropped. (see above)
#52 The design is too whimsical and the grinder seems to lean toward a Jack in the Box toy. I think some sharper edges would help (btw, what's the thing coming off the bottom right of the grinder box?). Please don't use 'pause' and 'stop' icons.
#53 I like this design quite a bit. I think removing the film canisters and lens from behind the screen will help (it reminds me of Mickey Mouse right now). Some 'speed' and 'depth' might bring it further.
#54 I like the concept behind the design, but it could use more 'speed', 'depth', and polish. Please avoid using 'pause' and 'stop' icons. Also, the specific shade of green that's being used doesn't work for me.
#55 What a great approach! I'd like to see some 'speed'. Other than that, minor things like moving the TM to the tagline and a period after verify would need to be done. Fantastic.
#56 I'm not sure about the stars. One one hand I like the element of 'magic'. On the other I feel it distracts. Gonna need more coffee...
Again, thank you to all of you for your submissions!

Been busy the last couple days, so I haven't had time to give feedback...so, he's my catchup:
#57 The logo feels more like it's for a car than a video services. I understand the intent though.
#58 I like the color scheme here, and the overall feel. I'm partial to the 'depth' of #62, though. If you could add some 'depth' and 'polish' to #58, I think it could be a contender.
#63, #64, & #65 I like the 'speed' of #64, but would prefer to see a screen coming out the right side of the gears (as in #63) instead of the film. Some 'depth' might help as well.
#66 & #67 I really dig the overall look you've got going, but the arrow doesn't work for me.
#68 I appreciate the submission, but it's missing a level of integration that's needed. The elements are feel very separate from each other. Please look at some of the 4 and 5 star rated logos for reference of what we're looking for.
#74 I'm trying to avoid the flames for 'speed' or 'fast'. I'm leaning more toward 'sharp' 'polished' and 'easy'.
#70 & #72 the screen just doesn't work for me in combination with your other elements.
#73 & #74 Yeah. I'd like to see some depth on the letters, but, yeah. Good stuff.
#75 It's a good starting point, but reminds me of #21.
#76 & #77 Still too much blur in the background. I do like the lines you added for the hint of speed. It should also feel more 'sharp'. I like the alternating colors for the tagline.
#78 Nothing like your other stuff; I had to double take that it was one of your entries. I'm trying to figure out what the element is...oh, a tv? Too ambiguous.
#79 I'm looking for more 'speed' 'depth' and 'polish'.
Once again, thank you all for your submissions. Doing a lot of eliminations now...
