The Logo should contain the abbreviation "CADEVCO" in CAPITAL letters and the full name "Cambodia Development Corporation" oder alternatively "Cambodia Development Corp.".

In addition to the two writings there should be a symbol - which represents a typical cambodian or at least southeast asian pattern, sculpture, location or design.
