    Kevin's comments on #2 - I will post the comments of the other two who are involved in judging soon as well.

    I think this design overall is very interesting, the idea of the pixelated T is well done and I love the faint line between the wording and the icon, it was a really nice touch.

    I think the font works well with the icon and overall you have a good logo. Just to see how it work, would it be possible to see THAP in the font you used in this http://99designs.com/contests/2658/entries/154224.jpg design or one similar to it in weight
