Hi,
Your first logotype was good, but this was as far aways as you can get from the first once quality.
I like the composition how you work with the word "Response" below the normal logo from the first logo though. -

We think this is the client's favorite at the moment. They like the arrow and that you have a Capital letter and then small letters.
If you want to we would appreciate if you could try to do some more variants of the entry, because the client likes your work.
