Hi,
Thanks for this quality feedback. I wish every contest holder would give such comprehensive feedbacks.
Review version. All that you asked plus a version without reflection of the waves.
Regards

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in feedback. But I have great news, the client likes you idea for #19.
It's the favorite and they have some questions if you could adjust it a little and I'll try to give you the info :-)The like what you did to sharp up the original logo, but we can't change the "waves". (the top one of entry 19, but with original waves).
Do you think that you can do some small thing like this:
* Use the sharp version you did, but make the "Response"-tag about 50% smaller. I trust you to find the best size, but we think we need it smaller.
* Would like to see the logo both with and without reflections and both with the "response"-tag below and to the right of the logo. (With reflections I guess we can't have the response-tag below though). Some of the reasons they liked this entry is that it is a little bit new thinking from all the other ideas. It's wonderful to see that you can catch up with our thoughts and bring good ideas. Thanks a lot in advance what ever the result here will be. As I said your entry is the favorite and we will soon need to close the contest...
Best Regards,
Mattias -

Hi,
I prepared refreshed version. I don't know if your client is interested in refreshed version of his logo but I took the risk. Current colors are really 'washy' and a bit boring. I've used more vivid colors, now the logo is eye-catching and attractive. You can easily see the difference. To compare there is an old logo below refreshed one.
Thanks for your time. Regards.

Got some more feedback from the client faster than I thought.
They didn't really like the phone, maybe it was a little bit to "playful" bey they liked #15. If you could to something more with that design it would be great. I don't know, but maybe if you could work with it a little bit more in some way. -

Personally I like the idea with the phone over the 'o', I will need to check with the client first thing tomorrow though. We'll get you more feedback after talking with the client.
No one has tried anything with reflections and gradients, but I don't really know if it would work. But if you have ideas on different ways to do things with this logo it would be appreciated.
Fonts could be a great thing to experiment with, because they can make the logotype deliver completely different feelings. If we didn't write it good enough in the description for the contest the end customer for this system is businesses, so it's a B2B service.
The company behind the service is an open minded, but serious company. I think your last two entries fit the pretty good, but if you have other ideas as I said they will more than appreciate your good ideas!

Hi,
Something different, it's just a first attempt, I'm trying to get an idea what your client likes and what not.
We can try something more complex if you wish (playing with font, reflections, gradients etc.).Regards

Hi,
We like your entries and you are perfectly right that we are after simple and clean design.
The client has found out that they prefer the designs with the word "Response" in yellow, and also they prefer to have a capital R and the rest in small letters. We appreciate your try to find a complementing symbol for "Response" in #11, but it still feels a little bit hard to get it into the logotype without cluttering it.
Do you think that you can take a look at #8 and do something closer to that?
Our client really likes your previous work, and we are determined that you can do great stuff so if you submit something more you might hit exactly what we need :-)
