- Brief Summary

We need to design the best logo that would go in the upper Left Corner of this site to replace the logo there. For all logos submitted, I want to see a screenshot of the site (or at least the top left part of the site) so I can see that the logo fits perfectly with the design:
I'm potentially imagining a logo that partially goes behind the yellow box below or is somehow connected to it. If it doesn't, it can still be great. That's just an idea.

Otherwise, the reason we have a file folder in the current logo is because the site has to do with the submission of physical files between lenders and brokers.
The site is about Mortgage Loans. So something that represents that could be used instead of a file folder. We've done a ton of work on the design and been through many logos and have not succeeded with a file folder. If you can make that work, great, but if you want to try something else go for it.
We're not opposed to a plain text logo. It just needs to fit seamlessly up there. It would be nice, however, to have some little aspect or streak that makes it a real logo. Maybe something simple that represents submitting a file, maybe something like a mail box or a fedex envelope. These are just some more ideas of objects. It could just be a swoosh line that represents submission.
Another thing that would be nice to see would be something that has to do with the word "SWEET." Sweet in this case means: "Sweet!" or "Awesome." The idea is that our system simplifies the mortgage loan file submission process, and it does it so well, that people will say "Awesome!" or "Sweet!" Maybe you want to use something that represents the other meaning of the word "Sweet," which is sweet like a candy.
Email me at James@FaceySpacey.com if you need any help or would like to talk about it before you spend time working on it. I have tons of work for good designers and this will lead to jobs from any of the top designers. Check out my site to get an idea of what level we are on and the cool stuff we're doing: http://FaceySpacey.com
