Although I really like this design, I think it is just a bit too "heavy". There are other designs I think will meet my needs better. Thanks!

I like #16 a lot better. Bolder. More powerful. Nicer font. The positioning of the words are better too. One small tweak, it should be "Stephen" not Steve. But this is good! Thanks

ok. here im using a flare to represent light/candle light that can to represent ideas or inovation if lamp bulb is common.
