Sorry, also forgot to mention I added a network bar on the second design #22, as I felt this would be an efficient and tidy way of linking the Openmind network of sites.

Greg I've eliminated #21 as it was from old compo brief ;-)
I like the drop down at the top right to access other sites.
The central section is OK but I would prefer softer definitions using curves as opposed to hard edges as you have here
