Really hope you like this one.. :)
The first group is 'active', so it has just a bit lighter background, just like the third slide in it, which is currently selected on the screenshot... You can also see the over state of the buttons on the 'Background' button of the first group, and the arrange group arrow also. If you like it at all, I can work on some icons for the buttons and maybe some toolbar if you want..
