We are really liking the font used for the capital "R" and all of the text. You are missing an icon of a rose. Bring the red colour into the rose icon as well. It may end up being too busy with an icon and perhaps that is why you chose not to add it, but we really need something related to a rose in the logo.

Please find another intent. I don't think a rose petal would work with the first design, the R font is quite ornate and is a stand out feature on it's own.
I've uploaded a new design - this time incorparting rose leaves - with the R becoming the flower. Let me know your thoughts.
