this is an evolution of the classic VW logo, but changed to incorporate leaves.
you may have to do some homework to find out if this is kosher as far VW goes, but i think its different enough to warrant a safe usage. who knows. i liked the idea and thought i would execute it for what it's worth. good luck with your venture. sounds very cool. -cheers - design prez
im going to present one more modification of this using just a V. i think this way you can get the VW feel, without it being so close to an actual VW logo. not to mention there isnt a W in your name anyway :) keep an eye out for this one later today! -design prez

Here's a variation that is inspired by the VW logo, but taken in a much more green direction. I have also added leaf wings as the homage to the classic car logos of past.
These are great. I think the VW logo would be ok since we are putting it on VWs, but we can always double check. Any chance you could do #3 with a more retro/mod 60s font?
Thanks.

here's some new fonts for you. im quite fond of the top one. i was looking for fonts that reminded me of the way VW used to put the name on the back of the car. it was a retro sort of squat font, and i think that top one is reminscent of that but brings it back with a modern spin.

just so its a bit more clear..this is my recommendation on font..
this a great project by the way! where are you selling these cars? im in cali.
We're actually out of Fresno. We are going to be showing the car in the bay area, Los Angeles and Sacrmento before too long.
Can we try number 5 with a font like this?

Here's a few new font previews. no effects have been applied to these fonts as it is a bit of a time sensitive process. just wanted to guage your reaction to some of these first.
