    MOD: What xpressions is doing is perfectly fine. It is common practice to reuse a logo that was not selected in a different contest. Personally, I wouldn't throw away a logo that I spent hours on refining just because it was showcased once before.

    mod: if you have an issue with any of my entries, please use the private messaging system as your comments could sabotage a perfectly legitimate entry. The design you question which was entered into that contest came in 2nd place, however, no exchange of rights/concepts/design for product was conducted, though I do not need to explain myself to anyone other than the contest holder or 99Designs staff.
