In order to realise a good navigation, I'd suggest a drop-down menu from the main navigation. The 2 colomn structure is only on the homepage. The rest of the pages will be based on 1 colomn with/without pictures.
Thanks for the design. We like the main section ie below the navigation. Like the use of several colours. But not keen on the banner - seems a strange choice of font. Plus logo really tiny. If you could redo the top section that would be great.

New header with a bigger logo and some space to promote new workshops/trainings/conferences.

A little more colour to make it less white on top.
On balance I think I prefer the orginal colour scheme - #18 but thanks for trying to add more colour. You need to see it to judge so that was helpful.

I designed 1 content page. There are several ways to do it. It depends on what you want your customers/prospects to see. After browsing your site I had the feeling that your current navigation can be a little less complicated. Shorten the text, Use more bulleted lists and you might not even need the fly-out or drop down menu. But again it depends on what you want for your customers (and I know, that I don't know TRA's vision and strategy).
