Thanks for the design. Quite like this one - nice and clear. Not sure if the grey on the left is a bit too hard/dark? Good idea having the subscribe box in with the news. Also like the idea of photo behind the tagline (maybe not quite the right photo but that's ok for now)

Thanks Laurie. Photo is better but not all that keen on the logo at the bottom. Not sure that it's really needed. Paler grey on left is also better. Is there any way you could highlight the menu option that has been clicked to show the sub-menu - to make it a bit clearer - as is done on #21?

Thanks Laurie. The menu is clearer. I think you might be righ tabout the graphic on the bottom right - it looks a little bare without it. Not sure what else we could put there though. Any ideas? Also could you try it with the pale blue page background again - I think this is better than the white. Thanks.

Thanks. This is looking good. Like the new icon. Could you provide a few variations on your basic design? (1) an alternative homepage with a little less content. We can shorten the welcome section. (2) an alternative homepage which shows a choice of market/product ie people would choose which option to look at. So maybe 2 boxes or other graphics. (3) a regular content page. Look forward to seeing these. thanks

** I just noticed that I dont have the training highlighted on the navigation, but that can easily be changed.
Also I wanted to let you know that I will work with you after the contest is over to get the design to exactly where you want it.
