   Guys,

   Thankyou so much for the entries so far and your hard work.

   I will give you some honest feedback now on the entries so far.

   Palmateer - I certainly think that this logo is going to be one of the contenders - I like it. I'm not convinced I like everything about it, but I can't put my finger on what it is thats bothering me. It may be nice to see some different fonts in the same design to see if I like any of them better. - Also I think the logo needs a graphic in the gap after "poker" sitting on top of the "ssor" part of "professor" - something like the card suit icons in entry number #5.

   In fact I have played around with the image a little in photoshop to see what it would look like so you can see what I mean here: http://www.pokerprofessor.co.uk/new-design-mockupv2.png

   Also you will notice that I have changed the header a little to a white background with just a blue line dividing the header from the navbar - rather than the solid blue box header I had in the original design request (http://www.pokerprofessor.co.uk/new-design-mockup.png)

   olie04 - Thankyou so much for your entries - unfortunately the logos are not what I am looking for - I don't really like the font used or the images - I hope you prefer me being honest with you. Sorry.

   drenkes - once again thankyou for your 4 entires - some excellent creative ideas and I really like the suit icons graphic you have in entry number #5 - however the logos are not really what I am after - I think I am looking for a much more text based logo with just a subtle graphical element - I'm looking for a logo that is brandable a bit more like palmteers.

   For all new entries - please note that I have change the design slightly from a solid blue header box in the original contest listing to a white space at the top, with just a blue line inbetween the header and navbar - you can see the new space where the logo will go which currently includes palmateers logo (slightly modified) where the logo should go. http://www.pokerprofessor.co.uk/new-design-mockupv2.png

   Hi,

   I have eliminated all the entries that I am not considering.

   Vic08 - very creative logo - I love the idea behind the graphic

   Drenkes - thanks for taking on board my comments - I like the two designs that I have left in the competition - I think out of the two color designs I like #9 the most - it may be nice to see some different fonts / styles.

   Thankyou all so much for the entries - it was a very tough decision between Palmateer, Drenkes and Vic08 - all your designs appealed to me.

   I went with Palmateers design in the end, as it really hit the nail on the head with the professional, and brandable logo I was looking for.
