- The logo will be the face of my company. It must show that my company is in the real estate investment business. People should be able to see this at first glance. My company buys properties from homeowners who are about to lose their homes to foreclosure. We then sell these properties to people who have good credit and can cash out the owner with a new loan. We also sell these homes to people who have less than stellar credit ratings through our owner finance and rent to own programs.
