    I actually kind of like this, But the emphasis is on Nurse Practitioner and not Brazos Valley. see design 3

    Unfortunately I cant post a revision. I'd just make the Brazos Valley smaller to emphasize the Nurse Practitioner. Please let me know if you want to see the revised, I'll post it in a site.
