i will try an other concept with an roof ...but if think that the best ideea is with an city icon.

I really like thi font... but it reminds me of something. I have to check to make sure no competitors looks like this. I know. http://www.rent.com. It has a similar font and using dots as a different color. I dont think to close, but I will pass it by some people to see if they think it is ito similar.
I appriciate that your icon of the city kept the Jacksonville feel. To many other entries went to a generic city scape which is kindof not the point.
What do you think? Do you think the city is the best way to go for rental/leasing company? Or do you think a roofline or sun would be a better image?
