I think this is really nice. Often people try to mix so many effects it gets cluttered with ideas combined. What I have not scene ( and would really like to present to the sales team ) is the imagery they asked for of "a crystal trophy". I mention this in my project profile but no one seams to want to take this direction -- I was thinking it may work well with the style / font you show here.
I would appriciate a concept like that as well if you know of a way to make that look neat. Like I said, we want the final brand to show quality, value and look a bit prestigious.
