It's good. Not great. Possibly a good start.
The headings are a little too amateurish
The Menu needs to be textual, meaning run by HTML text. I'll agree that images work better but the site is run by a CMS that builds a dropdown menu for the main navigation.
I can present it to him as-is and see what he says...
