simple icon which signifies the shape of most home entertainment devices, rectangular. the circles are taken from the counters in the letters from the logo and they could represent buttons on a remote, or dvd player, etc. very iconic, very simple, very memorable.

I have sorted through the versions and run them past some other people as well.
#229/#305 are strong wordmarks, but I'd also like to go back again to #21 as I have a concern about the look being a bit masculine in the previous. Our main target market are female.

okay hear me out on this. this revised icon was designed with a few things in mind. First, it hints at an organic, stylized bubbly shape. Second, it suggests thought bubbles and people thinking of your product. Third, it still references the shape of the play button and electronic equipment, and it could be viewed as an evolution with the smaller, simple shape in the back as the first electronics, progressing to the shape in the middle and finally, the highly evolved and advanced Kobaro brand.
