    Here's a new icon with simliar typesetting. I've added colour in the 'O' and taken away the counter from the 'e' to make it more distinctive.

    Some of your designs I felt weren't as unique as I would like them to be. So they are not necessarily bad just not feeling it with them.

    Having read your updated brief, I've aimed this design at more of a mark of excellence - using a triangle to show success and progression. The 'T' within it is bold yet quite abstract and unique. I've shaped the 't' of the title to match the angle of the icon.

    Let me know if you'd like to see this developed further.

    Good work! The symbol is nice, simple and brandable but would like to see other font choices.
