Hmm, this definitely seems to work better on the white background with those colors. I do like it better with the font kerned. Thanks.

Sean, I definitely like the clean nature of this logo a lot. The speech bubble for the 12 is a nice touch.
You may consider kerning the font a little to tighten the words up.
Could you show me this on a black background as well.
