- Brief Summary
-
We Go To 12 is a consulting group that works with web 2.0 app developers on rapid prototyping, project management, and tech strategy development. Our name is based on a scene from Spinal Tap...so this could be quite a fun logo to work on. :)
- Brand Name
- We Go To 12
- Description
-
If you have ever seen the movie Spinal Tap (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhVW…E&NR=1) you will have a good idea for some inspiration. I'm looking for a logo that I can use on our web site. We do not have a color scheme for the company yet, so will be basing it on the winning logo.
We Go To 12 is a group of distributed nerds who work together when we can. We have done web application development, managed teams of developers around the world, and helped launch new startups and build an initial team. Basically, we like to bring a great attitude towards working with new people. That usually involves traveling to work directly with clients on intense week long sprint sessions...and a good amount of beer to keep our minds limber.
There are at least two meanings of the notion of "we go to 12".
1 - the kind of humorous reference to Spinal Tap
2 - we have been known to pull all nighters
3 - on a scale of 1-10 we are a 12
Basically, it is a little bit of self deprecation and a little bit of us blowing our own horn. :)
- Wants
-
- simple design, nothing too busy
- would like logo delivered in a vector format
- no restriction on colors (we'll be building our site after this)
- "We Go To 12" should be in the logo
- creativity and fun
- (I hate using this phrase) a web2.0 kind of feel...softer
- Don't Wants
-
- something so busy that it won't work well at lower resolutions
