I can tell you are very talented by you entries and past work.
For #17, #13 - not feeling the graphic.
For #14 - you are getting warmer. Ideally I think I do not want to go with that many colors. Probably just stick with 2-3 colors. Also, I also envision the logo to fit on one line instead of breaking it up on two lines.
Look forward to seeing more concepts from you!

Not really sure what you meant by one line... Here is a two color option...
What I meant was that instead of having Hawaii above of Homeownership.com - have it on the same line. Let's try that.

Just to see what it would look like, let's go back to the one with 2 lines, but this time have Hawaii and Homeownership be roughly the same font size (homeownership.com is very small and hard to read).
I don't mind if the length of Homeownership.com is longer the Hawaii.

Mogeek - I would like to see it with a few other variations to logo #38. Let's try the .com in a little smaller font. Also, can you try a few other font styles for "Hawaii"?
Also need to see how logo would look inversed and with a dark background as well.

as requested... nothing is set in stone... we can always work with the type/colors if the design is chosen... I think this has a nice inviting look to it... inverse on dark background as well..
