    You told me you would work on logo revisions if I chose you as winner and the revisions you came up with werent good enough, what am I supposed to do? Pay you for something that isnt what we wanted and not what you said you would do?

    The fact that I have another 15 or so contests all completed in the past, paid for and have been a member of this site (when it was sitepoint) for years has never crossed your mind either?

    And you have...what...1 winning entry and been on the site for about a month? You think your credibility outranks mine?

    Get a grip. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered to pay you half the contest amount for time spent where many CHs would have simply ignored you.

    @black sense, I have to agree with rushy. As for your attention comments, these were inappropriate and should have been addressed in private. If you don't fulfill your commitment, why should you expect to be paid?

    no need to be insulting to other designers here !

    There is also no need to be spamming this contest, or posting in your own language, for that reason alone your comments should be removed immediately. You made your point with your first post and you should have then followed it up with an email to Admin Staff to try and resolve the issue. Making continuous comments and telling others to 'shut up', is not the way to gain any sympathy.

    If you have a problem with a contest holder, go via the correct channels please.
    PS: I have reported this contest to Admin Staff, so if you want to email them, please do so.

    Black Sense, you need to take a serious chill pill. You've seriously taken the immature route on this one. As Nadia says, you should have reported the contest and sorted it out that way rather than acting like a child. Instead of trying to make Rushy look the fool, you really have made yourself look stupid.

    I think you should start a fresh contest as the comments aren't helping you get many entries. You can also delete the comments by the way. That would certainly help your cause a little.

    Wow what's up with this contest. How do you enter your designs here?
    I think if someone is to be banned, it should be both of them, the designer and the CH. Note to 99 designs that both should be banned, they both didn’t complete their obligations.
    And what do you mean CH Rushy, if you organized 15 contests you shouldn’t pay a beginner, it's ok not to pay him? If that's the case, you should maybe write in your brief-I don't pay designers that have won only once. Payment in understood regardless of the designer being a beginner or not

    tyler_dur: I can't delete comments on the new 99designs design. I do not have the option. Entries are on par with what I'd expect at this time. Designers tend to enter contests when they can see the finish line in my experience (1 day left etc.)

    Vikito: I made black_sense the winner after sending him a PM asking him, 'if I announce you winner, will you work on revisions until I am satisfied', he replied yes, so I announced him winner. He then failed to complete his obligation to me, therefore I refused to pay him.

    I make no seperation between new designers or old ones, the best design wins, simple as that. When someone agrees to do something for me however and then doesn't, don't expect me to pay them.

    Vikito: I agree with you, I will never announce a winner until I am 100% satisfied with results in future. This is the first time I have been let down by a designer and ultimately, the lesson has been learnt.

    Additional Design Info:
    Ok guys, have had feedback on current designs and general thoughts are that designs #9 and #10 are the best but that neither are quite finished to our liking. In light of this, please find below some further guidance on designs to help you:
    - Love photo in #8 (boardroom scene) as well as oriignal table picture. Good combination of the two.
    - Please use full screen size width for header image. ie. full header should cover Quick Contact Space in my original design.
    - Quick Contact details to be moved from top/header into the place of news feed.
    - Pleas use slightly large font for content 'description info.
    - Heading font in design #9 is perfect.
    - Please use smaller space for Industry accreditation...should be half the current height. Length is good.
    - Can we create a separate button/box on the landing page for a money back guarantee badge so it stands out. Imagine that if customer clicks on it, it takes him to a new page for more info on the gaurantee.
    - Whenever we see text for money back guarantee it should be in bold and noticeable.

    Just had to make a comment to Vikitos' observation.

    The more experienced designers, the ones that have been here for quite some time, do honour the agreement they make with the contest holder. Often times there isn't time to submit a new entry with the latest feedback from the client, so changes are completed after a contest ends. I have done this on most of my winning entries and not once had a problem with the contest holder. Then again, I do honour my commitments as many others do too !

    Glad to see the contest up and running.

    PS: At this point in time, comments are not able to be deleted. See the blog for further details about this.

    Rushy, I've been caught with this before in other contests, is there a limit on the design width... are you look at less than 800px or 1024 widths. thanks
