This is a great start. Problem to me seems that the tagline is not really a part of the logo. Although this can be good and bad as it provides the flexibility to leave it out. Try working with some different textures maybe ... and a slightly stronger color in that tonal range.

i don't normally put logos on a "snazzy" background, but I figured there would be a good chance you would use a background similar to this, so here is the same logo, simply on a semi-grungy bg.

another possibility. a few colors mixed in. just thought i would toss it up here for your consideration.
just wanted to let you know that my design is made up strictly of different weights of Helvetica with my own grunge work thrown on top. i can post it up there without the grunge style. i think this method makes for a much more original design rather than just typing out some "grunge font"

Very nice work again but I think I am going to stick with the original concept #67. It is growing on me further.
I would like to see two minor variations for comparison. Can you please put the letters in 'online solutions' all with the correct orientation (i.e. the 'n' and the 's'). I would also like to see the spacing on this concept if the word studio was included again.
