Regarding design #18
This is a boy or actually symbol of humane personality (may be adult may be child) with a heart instead a head. The red backdrop is a tulip - symbol of Holland.
Please let me know if you need any revisions to clarify the concept

Is it a boy in a cape? Is it a boy in a tulip? Is it all of these things? Artistically, I like this concept, we will keep it in the mix. Thanks!
