Regarding design #7
Hi Neonimage,
Nice entry. The header with the happy boy is really fun. I like the simple menu up top (perhaps it should be "Home", "Programs", "Environment" "Contact Us" instead though).
Fun staff menu on the front, but a border or some kind or shadow maybe with a rounded corner or something would make it more interesting. Also, perhaps the content could be broken up with another bucket or something...
With the updated menu up top (and maybe a sub-menu in the content), then the contact information can be added along the footer...
