Hello..:) here are some variations,simplified, togetherness to find solutions for child, one withe the wind vane, I don't think it describes what holland center is though,(the one in your current logo is a school house, so it works better) so I shown without as well:)

I am always honored to be apart of these projects, autism hits very close to home, and my heart.......here is my initial concept for your logo, representing the spectrum of autism, the support, nuturing, growth provided by your center...
