Thank you for posting this layout. Please see our comments on the main contest page for feedback on the Flash component. I like the rounded box modules idea but overall this layout does not seem cohesive and lacks a strong visual hierarchy. The typography needs some work and is largely contributing to the design feeling disjointed. Some of the type elements seem to be randomly placed. I personally like the brush strokes for 'Latest Work' and 'Behind the Company.' However it does not fit with the rest of the look you have going and is too much 'flair' for this client in particular.
We look forward to seeing this tightened up if you're able to... Thank you!
