Thank you for your design... I like the impact of the header image with the logo overlapping and the nice clean layout.
The main nav bar might have a little too much height. Would you be able to change the second 'Our Services' to 'News' and add two or three more items? We'd also like to see an area for Recent Projects. Maybe three callout boxes with an image and building name in each under the content column. Adding a couple news items should give you enough room.
Great looking layout and on target with what our client is looking for!
