    To all, I've contacted all of you with some feedback and just had a thought around how to show the Application/Software development side of things. What about one or more cogs?

    Some people are struggling with the cogs, some other things I think would represent application software development are:
    - jigsaw puzzle piece
    - blocks
    - DVD media
    - LCD
