Regarding design #82
Yes this is my favourite. The arrow going down then up is indicative of improving performance. I like the colors too. The only thing is the tag line, it just looks out of place. We are considering dropping it from the logo.

Regarding design #73
no reason other than to differentiate it a little and put a tad more emphasis on the "my review" than on process. I will post another version where you can see it with My and Process beiing the same color and the emphasis on review. thanks for the speedy feedback!

Regarding design #73
Yes I really like this. The last thing is the colors of the words. The current ones are very similar (the 'My' and 'Review' anyway).
Is there a reason for this, if so I'd like to hear your thoughts.
