    It is less blocky ... but I am beginning to think that the T & P with the arrows is looking a bit too busy. I do like that lighting and the 3D effect though. Maybe if we can work on the T & P thing.

    Regarding design #39

    What is nice about your entries is the fact that you were not afraid to try a networking feel with your icon that didn't try to make it look like "people". I could go for that if I saw the right one (icon).

    This one is a bit "blocky" . . . too square ... i think. Maybe its the colors - I am not sure.

    I think I like your entries better where you have integrated the T and the P into the cirle or loop of arrows better.
