Very crisp. I Not to complicated, yet has a sophisticated feel. I even like how the hyphen appears in the icon.
A nice entry, and it is making me look more than once. Well done.

Regarding design #56
I am very attracted to the vibrant primary colors on the black background. I think that looks very rich. I like the mirroring and 3D effects too.
I am not sure on the people being back to back however....
But more importantly, I am not sure how I'd integrate this into a darker site.
I need to think about this -- please remember that I am looking for some inspiration for the look of the site too.
Maybe I can integrate a black or darker banner into the site -- if that is the case this has some possibilities.I have removed from consideration other entries that had people or symbols that implied a moving out from the center kind of feel. I am sort of getting that with this icon. I am pretty sure that it will need to be changed up before more serious consideration.
Having said that, I must say again that I do like those more "primary colors" on that background with the effects you have.
I look forward to seeing what you can do with this. I hope that this has been helpful and constructive.
