Regarding design #5
Looks really good. Can I see this with a different image of a family on the bottom one. Also perhaps different colors more in alignment of the logo (whether it contrasts or matches) - Also, up top can you revise "Whats the difference between wellness care" to "Whats the difference between Multi-Med Wellness Care...."

Excellent. few things
1. the logo is a tad too big and skewed in the polaroid pic on the below page.
2. Can you change "whats the main difference...." to What is the difference
3. On the top / front side - can you emphasize the phone number bigger, and
add FREE CONSULTATION! somewhere (ONLY if possible)
4. The poloroid image of the family - looks like there is a drop shadow around it. Can you remove that so it actually looks like a flat image /poloroid pic?
5. I'd like to see this with the aforementioned changes in this color combo and your original color combo.

any reason why the logos have black spots in the "family healthcare centers" - like u cant see the definition of the "a" , the e"
Great work tough choice betwen colorcombos. Your thoughts to that?

That's because is a low ress file, the high ress files won't have that problem. I specially like this one better because of the bright colors it catches your eye right away. Plus it kinds of goes with the logo colors. even my husband likes this one better. But is totally up to you :)
