Regarding design #17
This has some interesting elements. I like the peeking over the glasses thing, but the roundness of the font and the detail of the face suggest a more "fun and classy" as you say feel, when I am going for "bold, edgy and authoritative." Another way of putting would be a more masculine than feminine feel, overall perhaps. Damn, this stuff is tricky, huh! I think if you look at some of the other entries I rated higher, maybe you can see what I mean. Thank you for your contribution!
