    Regarding design #1

    In this logo i was trying to implement
    the idea [ training for high performance school board ]

    -The arrow with the spin indicate [ TRAINING , CHANGE, POLISH, REFINE ]
    And since its pointing upward indicate HIGHER PERFORMANCE SCHOOL BOARD
    and the people figure inside of it is more like a reminder that it is an institution
    The Tall ones are like teachers and the bottom ones pupils.

    The strong letters in the CRSS is
    - so it can be memorable
    - standout but still make one with the logo over all.
