    A pyramid concept.

    Here the borad members are shown in pyramid,where their positions showing their growth(as a board). Training growing them ,step by step to make better performing schools.

    I like this idea, although the icon seems stretched/elongated and that bothers me a bit.

    Here each succussive acrh represent progress/ high performance and the "up"arrow is dipicting high attitude to achieve better performance.
