This is looking really good. There's only one more change. We need to use the horizontal lines in the logo. Otherwise, the client will ding us for that. I think that the header with the logo will need to have a bit of padding in it, too. That's it, though.

I have placed the logo above the dummy text at the bottom. Tell me if you need any changes.

    Thanks.

This is looking great. Can we have a bit more space in the header? It looks a little closed in at the moment. And then just the changes requested at the bottom. This will definitely be presented to the client for his review.

The primary logo is fine where you have it now. But, along the bottom where you have "Title & Escrow", "Legal" and "1031 Exchange" sections, instead of having stock photos to the left of the text, we will have small logos above the text. (Each of these sections represent a different company owned by the same person. Each company has it's own logo.) For now, you can use a smaller version of the main logo to represent where each of the logos will be.

I don't know where exactly you want me to put the logo. Can you clarify?

This is a good start. The items along the bottom will likely appear on every page. There are logos for each of those companies that we'll have later on, but for now, try this:

Shrink the main logo down and display it above the dummy text in there. You can probably take out the photos.

Also, can we replace the green with either the blue that's in the logo or something complimentary?
