The client is a prestigious and forward-thinking company that provides real estate title & escrow services in the local Nashville Tennessee market. We are looking for a clean and easy to navigate design. The client likes the site for Stewart Title (www.stewart.com). We would like something with a dark grey/charcoal background. It does need to work well with the dark blue color in the logo (attached).
The client also mentioned the Chicago Title Insurance Company web site. The design there is not as preferable, but it does make use of local landmarks in the header.
There will be three primary sections on this web site:
- Title & Escrow Services
- Legal Services
- 1031 Exchange Services
Once a user selects one of these sections, we will display navigation based on their selection. We will likely utilize dropdown navigation across the top, but if you can create horizontal navigation that is not busy and distracting and that is easy to use then we will consider it.
We will want to place the following navigation items somewhere very visible within the page:
- Online Order Entry
- Locate an Office
If you desire to use stock photos, we have accounts with iStockPhoto and BigStockPhoto. Please use photos available from either service and we'll purchase the necessary licenses once we select the design.
We will provide feedback on a regular basis (several times per day) and choose the designer that brings us something fresh and professional that showcases our client as the premiere service provider in their field.
